Reason: improper parameter setting, improper selection of blade material, poor rigidity of workpiece, unstable blade clamping. Action: Check the machining parameters, such as reducing the line speed and changing to a higher wear-resistant insert.

It goes without saying that our milling cutters can be used for HSC-applications. Corresponding tests were done. In addition to different cutting edge geometries and carbide grades with the corresponding coatings we also offer PCD- and CBN cutting grades.
