3. Unit 2: Speeds, Feeds, and Tapping - milling speed for stainless steel
I'm an ME, and one thing I'm curious about is how much you use tolerance stacks in your job? I work in high volume manufacturing products, and I have to make tolerance stacks for all of the gaps on the product I work on which takes super long. Is this something most mechanical engineers do / if so do you just get used to it and more efficient at staying organized/doing them quickly? How do you keep track of your stacks (excel, powerpoint)? Any tips for organization? How do you keep track of spec deviations/waivers, etc.? Thanks!

I have been having issues getting sumif, sumifs, countif, countifs formulas to calculate correctly on excel. When using any of these formulas, the sum = 0 and the document will start calculating 8 threads. Unfortunately, the calculation never completes and requires me to force close to application and lose the progress. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
