Each line of tool is designed with specific metals and applications in mind. Their unique, advanced geometries take into account the properties of each metal type and response when subjected to extremely high feed and speed rates. They not only perform well when compared to conventional tool designs, they perform as well as or better than their peers.

We designed our tools through nearly 70 years of innovation to produce high metal removal rates, resist the heat generated and maintain stability and strength. We use only virgin powder, micro-grain carbide manufactured in an extrusion-only process to eliminate micro-stress fractures and select coatings to reduce edgewear and transfer the heat to the chip, not your workpiece and not the tool.
