Feedrateformulafor milling
It is the actual parameter that is input into the machine as the feedrate. The table feed is not specific for an application or cutter, and it needs to be calculated based on the Chip Load, Cutter Geometry, Radial Depth of cut, and Cutting Speed.

AVOID Mill's Well Drilling AT ALL COSTS! They are extremely rude and DO NOT CARE about their customers! Came out to do a repair ($300 that they'd already fixed once) and failed to remind us that this repair will likely blow up soon unless we fix the bleeder valve- felt NO responsibility to tell us that (bc they mentioned it casually a yr ago)! So call Mill's if you'd like their help in lighting some of your money on fire! The repair we had done a month ago is BROKEN and they say too bad so sad!!See more…

Any recommendations? We were looking at doing a VA cash out refinance loan to help pay for us having to install another septic drain field. Unbeknownst to is a person shows up to test our well water. Good thing they did, we had high counts of E.coli and lead. We never would have known, thank goodness no one got sick. We think we fixed the bacteria with the bleach the lab recommended but what about the lead? Does anyone have to filter lead from their well water and how do you do it.See more…
Milling Feed Rate (Also called Table Feed and Feed Speed), is the linear velocity of a milling cutter relative to the workpiece, measured in [mm/min] or [inch/min]. It is calculated by:Multiplying the Feed per Tooth by the Number of Teeth and then by the Spindle Speed.Multiplying the Feed per Revolution by the Spindle Speed. It is the actual parameter that is input into the machine as the feedrate. The table feed is not specific for an application or cutter, and it needs to be calculated based on the Chip Load, Cutter Geometry, Radial Depth of cut, and Cutting Speed.
