Brad Riegler joined Harvey & Company in 2020 as its Chief Financial Officer and oversees the Company’s accounting, finance, human resources, and administration functions. Brad began his career in public accounting working at Mayer Hoffman McCann and PwC in Orange County, California. He then worked in various financial reporting and corporate accounting positions at Kofax, Inc. and worked as a Controller at Avante Health Solutions, a private equity backed medical device company. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Minor in International Business from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Brad is also a licensed (inactive) CPA in California. Outside of the office, Brad enjoys anything outdoors, sports and spending time with his wife and three children.

Johann graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Economics. Dave Harvey founded Harvey & Company in 1998 and has been a leading buyside advisor to private equity funds, acquisitive corporations, and CEOs in transition since 1990. Dave was previously a partner of the predecessor firm to Harvey & Company, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Math Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Dave enjoys fitness, golf and outdoor activities and is a native of Newport Beach, where he lives with his wife of 20+ years and three children.

Scott Maxey joined Harvey & Company in July 2021 as an analyst for the HarveyCEO team. Her role was crucial for First Financial’s acquisition by J.A. Mitsui, a Japanese Leasing Company. Pete Bollman leads the HarveyCEO business which develops investment strategies in partnership with proven operating executives and private equity investors. Prior to joining Harvey & Company in 2006, he worked for Morgan Stanley in Los Angeles. Pete received a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. He enjoys playing hockey and golf and resides in Redondo Beach with his wife and two children.

He was previously a Managing Director at Credit Suisse and a Partner at a software company in the asset management industry, HOLT Value Associates, which sold to Credit Suisse in 2002. Todd also spent 10 years as a fund manager and capital raiser in the asset management industry as a Partner at Relational Investors and a Managing Director at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Todd received a BS in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, earned his CPA while working for Price Waterhouse and is a CFA charterholder. He enjoys golf, skiing, and coaching youth sports in Newport Beach, where he lives with his wife of 25 years and three children.

Soji Adimula joined Harvey & Company in 2022 as a Research Analyst, specializing in the packaging and automotive aftermarket industries. With a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Miami, Soji transitioned to mergers and acquisitions to continually challenge his intellect in dynamic environments. At Harvey & Company, he has sourced and reviewed over 1,500 prospective leads for leading private equity firms, their individual strategies, and portfolio companies, contributing to 30+ transactions totaling $200 million in enterprise value. Outside of work, Soji enjoys small road trips, working out, and listening to metal and hard rock music.

Eric Hartley leads the firm's investment and advisory practices in Specialty Distribution and Consumer Products & Services. In his 25 years at Harvey & Company, he has been instrumental in many successful transactions within B2B and B2C distribution, pet and enthusiast products, specialty retail, packaging machinery and foodservice. Eric also spends considerable time in healthcare services and physician practice management, focused on a variety of modalities including dental, vision, and physical therapy. Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Eric lives in Brentwood with his wife and twin boys. He enjoys live music, working on his golf game and following UNC athletics.

Ms. Tannberg specializes in growth investments, recapitalizations, and debt financing with private equity funds and corporate clients. Previously, Ms. Tannberg worked at OC Financial as a financial analyst. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.

Karen Vuong specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the Packaging, Transportation Components, and Automotive Aftermarket Services industries. Prior to joining Harvey & Company, she worked in M&A consulting at Palm Tree, and at JPMorgan Chase covering Small Business Lending and Financial Sales. Karen earned her degrees at the University of California at Los Angeles in Applied Mathematics and History. Outside of the office, she enjoys Formula 1 and IndyCar, playing piano, and working on her golf game.

Jay Houlihan leads the firm’s investment and advisory practices in selected areas of technology including software, telecommunications and tech-enabled business services. Jay has worked with private companies for more than 25 years as an investor and advisor, and has served on 30 private company boards of directors. He was previously a Co-Founder and General Partner of InnoCal, a growth equity investment firm based in Costa Mesa, CA. Jay received a BA in Political Science from Middlebury College and an MBA in Finance from Boston University. He is an active skier and mountain biker and has remained a loyal Boston sports fan even from Newport Beach, where he lives with his wife, son and daughter.

Alexandra Escobar joined Harvey and Company in 2021 and helps lead the firm's investment and advisory practices in the Industrial and Environmental sectors. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts in International Relations from San Francisco State University.

Peter Megorden joined Harvey & Company in February 2019 and helps lead the firm’s investment and advisory practices in both the Distribution and Foodservice sectors. Within distribution, Peter has developed specialization around industrial end markets including building products, construction supplies, fluid process, industrial automation, and electronic components. Foodservice experience has branched across multiple business models including manufacturing, route-based services, and distribution. A Southern California native, Peter earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business with a Minor in Spanish from Westmont College in Santa Barbara. Peter lives in Irvine with his wife, Megan, and their golden retriever, Flynn.

Riley Guilbeault specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the medical products and services, pharmaceutical services, and payment technology sectors. Riley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University.

Dirk Jan-Vorgers, based in the Netherlands joined Harvey & Company as a Director in July 2018 and leads the firm's efforts in Europe. Dirk brings over 15 years of M&A experience and previously served as Managing Director of the M&A advisory division of EuroDev, where he initiated numerous European acquisitions for North American Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. Dirk holds a Master degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from the University of Twente. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis and hanging out with his wife and three children.

Luke Meyers has developed specialization around buy-and-build strategies focused on the Facility Services, Industrials, Business Services and Safety sectors. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University.

Brian Kaneko is a co-founder and partner of Harvey & Company and has more than twenty-five years of buyside acquisition experience. He leads the firm’s efforts within the broad commercial, industrial and residential facility services and specialty manufacturing sectors, having been a part of numerous successful transactions within HVAC, fire & life safety, contract cleaning, exterior maintenance, safety products and services, industrial rotating equipment repair and environmental services. Brian also spends considerable time in healthcare services and staffing focused on a variety of healthcare specialties, including internal medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, psychiatry, orthopedic and pain management. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Outside of the office, Brian is an avid sport fisherman and enjoys golf, the outdoors and most importantly spending time with his wife and four active boys.

Chau Ha joined Harvey & Company in 2022. She received a Bachelor of Art in Business Administration, concentration in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.

Justin Hill joined Harvey and Company in April 2024 and supports the firm’s advisory efforts in the packaging, transportation components, and automotive aftermarket industries. Prior to joining the team at Harvey, Justin graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with and emphasis in Finance. Outside the office, Justin enjoys spending time by the beach with friends, riding mountain bikes, and scenic drives around Orange County.

Stephanie Munakata joined Harvey & Company in 2022 as the Director of Human Resources. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Criminology, Law, & Society and Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine. Stephanie has been in Human Resources for over 10 years and she holds SHRM-SCP and PHR certifications. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at dog beach in Huntington Beach, where she lives with her husband, daughter, and two rescue pups.

Bhavna Sreekumar joined Harvey & Company in November 2022. As a research analyst, she specializes in finding acquisition opportunities within the technology enabled services sector. Bhavna graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science and minors in Digital Humanities and Music Industry.

Sean Harper specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the Chemicals, Personal Care, Nutraceuticals, and HOA Management industries. Sean graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
