Ballantine offers many different cup cutters for any chain size, machine manufacturer and digging condition.  Cutters are made from abrasion resistant steel then Terminator® carbide hard facing is robotically applied in a proprietary matrix for increased wear life and digging performance.  Cup cutters are heat treated after hard facing has been applied to ensure consistent hardness throughout the tooth.
