21362 CHAIN ROLLER #35 X298P (1802) - Rexel Atlantic - 21362
I am about to graduate a degree in Mechanical Engineering and will be expanding my current role in the company I work for. We currently outsource all machining tasks to local fab shops. This is great for complicated specialised parts because they are great at what they do. However this is holding us back for simple basic machined parts that would take 5-10 mins and very low cost to do ourselves but are high cost one off parts to have made. I am hoping to source a mill and lathe (or combo) and machine some basic one off parts myself.

Does anyone have experienced with the linked machine, or similar budget combo style units. At that cost it would be easy for me to justify this purchase to my boss but I don't want to go too low spec with a machine that will not do us any good.

Any advise is really appreciated and I'm looking forward to actually having some machines to develop my machining skills!
