If you need assistance during the process of completing your application, there is in-app support available as well as email support at support@claritytuition.com in both English and Spanish. The application itself is also fully translated into Spanish.

Plan B: Under the two-payment plan option, 60% of the tuition is due by July 20 and the remaining 40% is due November 20.

Clarity offers a streamlined, mobile-friendly application that can be completed in as short a time as 20 minutes. Additionally, if you apply before December 1, Clarity removes the need to upload your  W2 and 1040 by transferring them directly from the IRS. This reduces the amount of information you will need to enter manually and makes it possible to complete the application quickly and efficiently.

All families receiving financial aid must file and complete an application through Clarity and submit tax documents each year. Financial aid is not guaranteed from one year to the next. Unless there has been a significant change in a family's finances, The Harvey School strives to maintain the level of financial aid based on demonstrated need until a child graduates.

To get started, please go to the Clarity Application and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete and is mobile-friendly so you can complete it from anywhere. You are also able to save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application there is a $55 fee to submit, and you can share your application with additional schools that accept the Clarity Application for no additional charge. Simply use the dropdown menu in the application to select those schools.

Returning families receive financial aid offers with re-enrollment contracts in January. New families will be notified in their admissions decision letter.

Currently, the IRS is experiencing delays in the automatic processing of tax documents. The Automated Tax Pull Deadline ensures that your tax information will be verified before the review process for the Harvey School, so you do not need to upload your 1040s or W2s manually.

We believe that socio-economic diversity enriches our community and contributes to cultivating the strengths of each of our students. While a Harvey education is a significant investment, we try our best for tuition not to be a barrier to entry into our school.
