Returns may be accepted up to 30 days after the date of invoice with management’s approval. Any goods received defective may be returned for full credit or replacement, providing they have not been used or marked. Items returned up to 30 days, will be subject to a 10-15% restocking fee at management’s discretion. Items returned after 30 days, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee at management’s discretion. Management may deny acceptance of any return at any time.
