Currently, we have a total of 18 Fanuc robots spread throughout our shop floor. Each robot performs its assigned tasks with an impressive level of accuracy. Without a doubt, our biggest motivator for our ongoing and growing use of robotic automation stems from our desire to ensure that our valuable team members are able to work in safe, empowering positions. Whenever possible, we integrate Fanuc robots into our manufacturing processes to automate the jobs that fall outside of these criteria.

The basic principle that works in the case of gas shock absorbers is presence of nitrogen gas field over the fuel chamber, it prohibits the composition of foam during the process. Which is generally formed when the air gets mixed into the oil. The formation of bubbles and foam is a major cause of degraded shock absorber performance.

John Saunders of NYC CNC visited our facility in Hebron, NE to see our manufacturing processes first-hand.
