Refunds accepted within 14 days of delivery of your order.  Items must be in new condition and free of damages.  Customer pays for return shipping.  Refunds will be credited back to customer’s credit/ debit cards used in the original transaction after receipt of returned merchandise in accordance with this policy

Residential/Commercial- Shipping to a residential address is more expensive. To save on shipping consider shipping to a commercial address.

Ground Shipping- Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1:00 pm CST are generally shipped same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm CST are generally shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are generally shipped on Mondays or the following business day.
