One man asked "how do y'all stay in business?" The other guy was pissed because NT could not find his tool he left for repair. He was really mad. The lady (forgot her name) is snippy. (Both times we were there) I hope we never have to go the Northern Tools again. Their customer service is horrible, their service is horrible. No sense bringing anything here for repair or buying anything here.

When he got back on the phone he told me that it didn't have a code on it so he had sold it to someone else. I called customer service to rectify the situation and they offered me nothing but excuses on the mistake. I asked them if there was anything they could do to make up for the terrible situation they've put me in. I have a company and jobs have been delayed because of this. The customer service representative denied ever having the unit and said there was nothing they could do. I hope they can figure out that customers have responsibilities too and bad business is something you apologize for and not deny.
