Microtool, Inc. has a variety of machining centers, selected to efficiently fulfill our customer orders. We offer 4-axis and 3+2 axis capabilities, strategically placed across our equipment. Microtool utilizes several RoboDrill machining centers, as well as CNC mills from Feeler, Hurco, and Okuma. We have full-time staff dedicated to inspection of your parts when they come off the machines. This visual inspection under 10x and 30x microscopes not only allows us to effectively deburr your parts, but also adds another layer of redundancy in verifying that you receive exactly what you need.

We are able to import solid models and drawings from most popular CAD design programs. Our regularly updated MasterCAM software suite is capable of handling even the most detailed programming needs. An open communication line during programming and manufacturing allows for easy resolution of questions, and any needed progress reports can be easily provided.

Our policy is to perform as many tasks on your machined components with our CNC equipment as possible. Reduction of human error is accomplished by keeping this concept in place, and this policy keeps our support equipment to a minimum.
