Dr David Moll studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich as well as at University College London (LL.M. Intellectual Property Law) and wrote his PhD thesis in the area of art law ("Export Bans for Nazi-Looted Art"). He was admitted to the German Bar in 2015 and has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2017, as a Partner since 2022. Before joining ADVANT Beiten he worked for an international law firm in the field of intellectual property, media and sports law.

Dr David Moll is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the IP/IT/Media practice group. He focuses on advising media and technology companies in the areas of copyright, personal rights, trademark, and unfair competition law. In addition, he advises clients from the art industry as well as non-profit organizations on art and cultural property law issues. His practice includes contract negotiation as well as litigation.
