Euro Drill Bit, Carbide RH - in the Häfele Canada Shop - bits carbide
For example for a full cut we might have a depth of cut of 1mm and a feed rate of 2000 mm/min and a spindle speed of 35k. Is that good? the surfaces look good and the machine is not screaming at this speed.
I feel like the speed that the cutting blade hits the material should be taken into account. The cam software Tries to keep it constant when we change between different tools.

Hi so at work we mill a lot of stuff in aluminum but none of us have any real education in milling. So we basically learned by trial and error.
Most of your end mills are datorn single flute end-mills. https://www.datron.de/en_gb/cnc-milling-tools/product-range/single-flute-end-mill.html
We have an datorn M8 (3 kw) and a NEO (2 kW). They have a spindle speed of up to 60k rpm or something like that. We mostly stay at 35k and for some tools we use 22k rpm.
