I already use: Paintbrush, gofunky.com, tennese.co.uk/flags, coamaker.com, and https://flag-designer.appspot.com/#d=0&c1=5&c2=5&c3=7&o=7&c4=4&s=19&c5=3.

Tennessine Flag Designer (https://tennessine.co.uk/flags/ ) allows you to make flags using parts from the flags of every country in the world and some regions of said countries.

The flag designer actually uses wikimedia commons so if you don’t have access to photoshop or paint.net you can do it in there like I did.

Wikimedia commons' coat of arms elements (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:SVG_coat_of_arms_elements )these are really handy if you want to make heraldry in photoshop/paint.net. you could also look at their other heraldry categories with complete coats of arms and cut out bits you want. (its also completely copyright free!)

Flourish ( https://flourish.studio/ ) if you have seen most of my countries, you would've seen links to diagrams showing the seats in that country's parliament which I've made using the parliament chart template on this website. They also have loads of other graphs and charts which could be useful for showing statistics
