RedLine Engraving tools are designed to give a clean cut when marking or engraving on your parts. Tools diameters range from 1/8” up to ½”. We offer a wide variety of point geometries from 30 degrees up to 120 degrees and they are available in Uncoated or ALTiN Coated to fit your engraving application. Generally speaking when choosing an engraving cutter the lower the included angle the more fragile the tool will be and the same goes for the point the smaller the tip diameter the more delicate the tool but on the other end of the spectrum the larger the included angle and the tip diameter the stronger the cutter. The smaller included angle tools will have a higher clearance angle that is effective in clearing chips when used in soft materials the larger angle tools will have less clearance angle and more stability for cutting harder materials. All RedLine Tools engraving tools are proudly made in the USA.
