He earned his MBA from UCLA's Anderson Graduate School of Management and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Magna cum laude) from the University of Connecticut. Tim is also a licensed CPA (inactive) in California. In his free time, Tim enjoys working out and hanging out with his wife and two teenage daughters.

Blake Wardman and the HarveyCEO team develop investment strategies in partnership with proven operating executives and private equity investors. Prior to joining Harvey & Company, he worked as a technology consultant for Konica Minolta in Los Angeles. Blake received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Industrial Technology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he attended on an athletic scholarship to play tennis. He still enjoys playing tennis and golf, and resides in San Juan Capistrano, CA with his wife and two children.

Zach Dutra specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities within the aerospace & defense, electronic/electrical, industrial technology, industrial automation, agriculture, niche manufacturing, and business services markets. Zach earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University and is currently a Board Member at Chapman’s Smith Institute for Political Economy and Philosophy. He enjoys spending time with his wife Julie and their two dogs, outdoor activities, and sporting events.

Todd Leigh focuses on marketing and servicing the firm’s private equity clients. Todd has worked in financial services as a technology sector investment banker, investor and marketing executive for more than 20 years. He was previously a Managing Director at Credit Suisse and a Partner at a software company in the asset management industry, HOLT Value Associates, which sold to Credit Suisse in 2002. Todd also spent 10 years as a fund manager and capital raiser in the asset management industry as a Partner at Relational Investors and a Managing Director at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Todd received a BS in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, earned his CPA while working for Price Waterhouse and is a CFA charterholder. He enjoys golf, skiing, and coaching youth sports in Newport Beach, where he lives with his wife of 25 years and three children.

Sean Harper specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the Chemicals, Personal Care, Nutraceuticals, and HOA Management industries. Sean graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.

Shane Crowley has been at Harvey & Company since 2021 and specializes in the medical and education industries. Shane graduated from The King’s College, New York City, where he studied business management. Outside of the office Shane enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching sports, especially the Padres.

Marko Ilincic focuses on originating and researching acquisition opportunities in the broader financial services, insurance, and education sectors. Marko graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Outside of the office, he enjoys water polo, country music, and the beach.

Cliff Mulholland joined Harvey & Company in 2008 and leads the firm’s efforts in aerospace & defense, electronic components, medical products, agriculture, pharma services, death-care, and other niche categories. Cliff hails from Maryland, graduated from the University of Delaware, and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He enjoys fitness, hockey, and outdoor activities.

Cameron Kaneko joined Harvey & Company in 2020 and focuses on researching, originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the broader transportation & logistics and testing, inspection and certification “TIC” service sectors. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Hawaii, where he attended on an athletic scholarship to play golf.

Andrew Nguyen joined Harvey & Company in 2022 as an Analyst and focuses on researching new private equity clients and refurbishing passed-on deal opportunities for the firm. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine. Andrew is fluent in Vietnamese.

Blake Fortney focuses on growth, recapitalization, and buyout private equity investments in the middle market arena. He has focused his industry expertise specifically around regulatory business such as outsourced testing and industrial services sectors. He also works with transportation and logistics related projects. Mr. Fortney earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in information systems from Loyola Marymount University.

Micah specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the technology enabled business services and home health sectors. Micah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Finance and a certificate in Mediation from California State University, Long Beach. During his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding and hiking.

Davis Matthews joined Harvey & Company in 2016. Davis received his BS in Economics from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a CFA charterholder. He enjoys surfing, skiing, and playing soccer.

Jennifer Park joined Harvey & Company in 2020 as Senior Accounting Manager. Prior to Harvey & Company, Jennifer was Assistant Controller at First Financial Equipment Leasing, a commercial equipment leasing company. Her role was crucial for First Financial’s acquisition by J.A. Mitsui, a Japanese Leasing Company. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and her MBA concentrating in Organization Leadership at California State University, Fullerton. In her free time, Jennifer and her husband enjoy working on a model train set, playing video games, world travel, and soaking up the beautiful Southern California weather.

Cody graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance (Cum Laude) from Cal State Fullerton Mihaylo College of Business and Economics.

Alle Madrid serves as the Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant to David Harvey. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Alle is passionate about fitness, travel, and spending time by the ocean.

Brad began his career in public accounting working at Mayer Hoffman McCann and PwC in Orange County, California. He then worked in various financial reporting and corporate accounting positions at Kofax, Inc. and worked as a Controller at Avante Health Solutions, a private equity backed medical device company. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Minor in International Business from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Brad is also a licensed (inactive) CPA in California. Outside of the office, Brad enjoys anything outdoors, sports and spending time with his wife and three children.

John Redoutey specializes in originating and evaluating acquisition opportunities within the industrial technology/automation, electronics, agriculture, and maritime markets. Diane Ledgerwood joined Harvey & Company in 2021 as an Accounting Clerk. She is responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and received a Bachelor of Science from Cal-State Long Beach. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting beanies for children in chemo, watching the Dodgers win and rooting on her favorite college basketball and football teams.
