Jet Tool & Cutter Mfg. Inc. was started in 1968 with 3 employees. Their mission was to fulfill a need in the metalworking industry for a cutting tool to be re-sharpened to like new condition at a fraction of the cost of a new tool. Even in the early days we recognized that the sweetness of low price is quickly forgotten, but the bitterness of poor quality lingers on. Since then we have been successfully fulfilling our customers' requirements for all their tooling needs while growing to 18 employees at our 6000 sq ft facility then in 2009 moving to a new 13,500 sq ft facility and in 2013 growing to 26 employees with a combined 100 years of cutting tool experience. Our customers range from small job shops to large aerospace manufacturers such as Pratt & Whitney Aircraft and we have met the individual needs of each.

Industries who has access to industry wide suppliers and perform quick alterations enabling fast delivery for an economical price.  As the metalworking industry steadily advances in capabilities and requirements, we find ourselves constantly improving our process to match and sometimes exceed the status quo.  With the addition of several CNC machines to our facility, we became capable of manufacturing our own specials.  We are now capable of re-grinding and manufacturing almost any round cutting tool.  Special end-mills with custom length requirements and end configurations that once took 8 weeks from manufacturers are now ready in 2 weeks and sometimes 24 hour delivery!  Form tools that the industry only dreamed of are now possible with our advanced machinery.  Special drill points that were inconsistent are now producing repeatable and sometimes improved performance providing feed rates that are industry leading.
