Upon receipt of your returned product, we'll promptly verify warranty coverage. If the product isn't covered by warranty, we'll send you an estimate of the cost to repair your product before performing any services not covered. Rest assured, we're committed to getting you back to shooting with the same confidence and peace of mind that Kensight products are known for.

If you encounter any issues covered by our warranty, simply send your product to KFS Industries Warranty Services, located at our Atlanta, Georgia headquarters. To initiate the process, please call our customer service team to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) to include on the exterior of your return carton. All products must have prior approval of a KFS Customer Service employee with an RMA number. Merchandise returned without an RMA will be refused.
