This new 79,000-SF facility includes 19,000 SF of office space, 50,000 SF of high-tech machining space, and 10,000 SF of support space for the Massachusetts-based precision tool-making company. A Phase 2 expansion will include a future manufacturing addition of approximately 36,000 SF.
