CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Online records show the Chattanooga man seen in a viral road rage incident violated probation less than a week after he was sentenced.

Through Saturday A.M. for Tennessee border counties. Accumulating snow & strong winds will make for some slick roads. Wind chills 10s & 20s.

Officers arrested Harvey on Monday and charged him violating probation on each of the 4 counts for which he was convicted.

Only days after his last hearing, in which he apologized to the victim, those online records show Harvey violated his probation by failing to submit to an annual drug test.

Earlier this month, Michael Harvey was sentenced to 7 days of jail and 10 public work days, after he was found guilty of terrorizing a driver in Chattanooga last year, in an incident that was caught on video which went viral. Watch that video below:
