Contact from the owner of the company is always sure to make you feel good about a purchase! Aside from a small dent in a corner of one of the joints( which I had to sand down to make it fit right) everything was perfect. Ive used McMaster and tapco for years (not everyday but approx. 10-20 times a year) this brake beats all of them, especially the cutter. Very impressed with the design and modular capabilities. Haven’t done it yet, but being able to break it down in half for easy transport-That’s a game changer. The only thing I can think of as an improvement would be if it was even easier to disassemble in half with some kind of clamping joint ,just in the middle, so you’re not fussing with brackets and screws. That being said- having one man being able to transport instead of two is the ultimate selling point in my opinion.

I am so thankful for this brake! I have been bending open faced downspouts for my commercial customers with 26 and 24 gauge steel and it has worked so well!

The two way cut off tool is absolutely amazing! Anytime you have a tool that you don’t have to remove from the brake to bend makes things so much more efficient.

ISO 2338 Dowel Pins, referred to as parallel pins, are headless solid cylindrical pins manufactured to a precise diameter. Used to align parts and function as hinge and wrist pins, roller bearings or as shafts, one end is chamfered (~15°) to facilitate insertion while the opposite end may be radiused or dimpled. For press-fit applications, dowel pins should be pressed into position—do not use impact force because pin splintering may occur. Tolerance Class m6, oversized, and undersized h8 are available in plain finish unhardened steel, which can rust, and stainless steel. The "limit deviations" (or "tolerance zone") varies by diameter; for example, the tolerance of an M4 m6 pin is +0.004 to +0.012 mm while the diameter of an M4 h8 pin is 0 to -0.018 mm. Length is measured from end to end including the chamfer like DIN 6325 and inch series dowel pins but unlike DIN 7, which is not measured from end to end. ISO 2338 Dowel Pins may be similar to DIN 7.

I came across innovatools by accident on the web, and was intrigued by the brake, i had never seen this in New Zealand before and wondered why not, i thought maybe it would not cope with our .55 gauge colorsteel we use most commonly, but i soon worked out that was not the case, so i went ahead and ordered the full heavy duty package with all of the add Ons, once we had it set up and folding some flashings i was put at ease, we now have it on one of our sites making custom flashings for skylights and chimneys etc. on a Euro-Tray roof we are installing, this machine is fantastic for the time it saves us, we can now flash as we go, no more waiting a week for a delivery, i could not speak more highly of the products or the after sales service, i can tell that Alex is both passionate and very hands on, well done Alex i look forward to a bright future with your innovations to come.
