Chromed, 4140, 4-1/2″ diameter shafts are ground in-house to ensure the highest precision grinding within .0005″ tolerance. The 4-1/2″ chromed shafts are one of the largest in the industry and the chromed coating prevents any future marring or rusting of the shafts. The shafts create a rigid platform that is vital to consistently clean cut slitting.

The Operator Hand Feed Slitter has the same slitter head as used in the coil feed operation. The same standard of precision quality is used in all of our slitter options.

A standard size coil can be fed into the slitter to cut down to different widths. This works seamlessly with our Signature and Titan coil reels and will boost manufacturing production.

The slitter has the capacity to hold up to 9 knives, giving you the ability to cut up to 10 different widths for trim production.

The Coil Feed Cut-to-Length Slitting Line is setup to incorporate a coil reel with the slitter to automatically feed the material into the slitter to be cut down to the specified widths.
