Reamers Provide Precision – As mentioned earlier, reamers are great for machining precision hole diameters. To use a reamer properly, you must first have a pre-drilled hole that’s between 90% and 94% of the final hole diameter. For example, if you need a finished a hole of .220″, your predrilled hole should be somewhere between .1980″ and .2068″. This allows the tool to take enough material off to leave a great finish, but does not overwork it, potentially causing damage. The tolerance for uncoated reamers is +.0000″/-.0002″, while the tolerance for AlTiN coating is +.0002″/-.0000″. Top quality holster and very comfortable. The only downside is since the holster sits low it takes getting used to drawing the gun.

As I've gotten older I've carried more weight in my gut and carrying had become very uncomfortable. With this holster I no longer have that issue, I got the ultituck on mine and it just works no matter what I'm wearing. Fit and finish is excellent as well, keep it up JX Tactical. Would recommend!

Thank you for clarifying that reamers should always be used to achieve the desired tolerance when a high surface finish is required for a hole. My sister wants her factory’s production equipment to be moved by pre-programmed software and code. I’ll advise her to use CNC machining to get a high level of surface finishing.

I look around for a solid hostler for a larger framed guy. I found this gem and now I look no further. I added a padded back and now hands down perfect. Thanks for making a great kydex.

I've tried a lot of holsters, and being the fat guy that I am I could not carry appendix until I got this holster. The amount of mounting points and different mount methods is options. Going to order a few more for my other carry pistols. Highly recommend, AAA+++
