The biggest worry is Delta doesn't sell parts for these old saws. If you need something, you are limited to searching the internet for used parts.

I'd buy it and swap out the fence and rails for a simple T-square fence and re-sell it. Then I'd have the unifence and long rails for a left tilt saw in the future.

Right tilt means moving the fence to the other side for bevels which isn't really an option for the unifence (can you switch sides on a unifence? I don't remember).

A lot of people LOVE their Uni-fence and I see the saw has that including the hi-lo extrusion so that's a plus. It is a right tilt saw which makes it a 'no' for me but, others are not bothered by it. If you do little bevel work it is a non-issue.

That is a great saw at a great price, I own it’s older brother with a 3 hp motor and full cast iron extension, same fence. The unifence can be set either side of the blade.

I agree with the above comments. That's a good saw. Doesn't look that old. Has a nice long extension. Everyone loves their unifence. Motor may be able to be wired for 110v, otherwise you need a 220 outlet.
