RADSTAR takes corner rounding into the 21st century with its innovative design that offers one insert with two cutting edges, one holder, and one screw.

The unique V-shape design of the RADSTAR insert and holder allows for accurate and solid locating. An offset screw forces the insert in a downward fashion into a matching ground "V" in the holder. As the screw is tightened, the side walls of the holder act like a vice, holding the insert in place. Because the insert "V" and the holder "V" are ground, repeatability when changing inserts is within +/- .00025.
