Am so impressed with his patience in working through the problem with me and sending me videos to guide me through, as well as liaising with the parts manufacturer on my behalf. I had ordered a small part for my bathroom from a local company in Adelaide and was told it would take a couple of weeks to arrive as it had to be transported by 'ship' from Germany.
