BestPVC Chamfer Tool

I was watching this Oatey video and saw they use a pipe chamfer tool and then a deburring tool before joining the pipes.

RPM = (SFM x 3.82) ÷ Diameter SFM = RPM x .262 x Diameter Chip Load/Tooth(IPT) = in/Min ÷ # of Teeth ÷ RPM Feed rate(IPM) = Chip Load/Tooth x # of Teeth x RPM Cubic Inches/Min = R-Woc x A-Doc x in/Min

I see lots of links to deburring tools online, but I don't see a chamfer tool as simple and convenient as the one that they use in this video, take a look and does someone know where to find a selection of these, looking mostly for 1 to 2" diameter compatibility. I googled, checked Amazon, and Lowe's.
