Here is a picture of what I am trying to do. http://imgur.com/NfLfYYY Fluid is going along the two channels in the middle. The bottom part is moving back and forth. I'm using a Polyurethane ring so I'm not too worried about shearing when it crosses that small hole I just need to make sure it seals properly when the two channels are aligned. Also pressure differential the o-ring is sealing against is close to zero (mainly being used to direct flow).

Any help would be greatly appreciated otherwise I will have to try guessing and checking until I get something that works.

Hi guys does anyone have experience designing dovetail grooves for small o-rings? The guides I have found online don't seem to give recommendations bellow -004. I am using a -001 ring.
