XTool has fantastic customer service. I recently ordered my first machine. I wasn't sent one of the items that was supposed to come in my bundle due to an issue with shopify. I emailed customer support and within a day they responded back and sent out the item I didn't receive. I also just worked with Alberich to get my missing code for my material discount card. He was very nice and got me the code right away.

I bought an xtool m1 ultra deluxe package and was recommended to buy their air purifier by the xtool sales rep after explaining my needs. Before I received the air purifier the new better model was offered to me by email. I called to make an exchange and was told multiple times I would receive a call back. Still no exchange and I wish I never placed the order.

Terry, was very helpful with the problem I was having with my P2s. It was my first CO2 laser using the new upgraded XCS and I was not sure how everything between the two was supposed to work. After communicating back and forth a couple of times, I was able to understand what was going on. He seemed very concerned that I understood.

Iris was very helpful in finding a solution to the issues I was having. She got the cable that was missing from my order sent out almost right away. When I couldn't find the info on the xtool care I had purchased for my m1 ultra she made a great effort to find out why & what to do about it. I guess for some reason the Canadian version of xtool isn't set up to display the binding. She reassured me that because xtool knows I purchased it, I'll still get the coverage, I just won't be able to see it on my account. She always responded to each message in the support ticket within a day & was friendly, explained everything fully & was pleasant to deal with.

The galvo on my Ultra went and Gabby got me back in buisness. Once she determined I needed the machine replaced she sent me the lable and asked me through the process. It took time which was to be expected. Once I recieved my new machine she was able to get my care plan transferred will little issue. Not once did they close my ticket until I was satisfied.

Was placing an order for a Xtool F1 Deluxe bundle and was having some issues with a code and bonus bundle. Worked with Alberich and he was able to refund me the proper amount and also add the additional materials bundle that was supposed to be included.

If you are using a mask with this bit, it will prevent the mask from lifting up along the cut edges. I used it to carve a Tree of Life image (high detail) and it worked very well. It also cuts leaving a perfectly clean edge, no tearout (and no sanding).

Some problems can be solved by stuff like flexible drill bits and angle ... spot I want a hole, and smack it once with a hammer. Done it ...

Recently had issues with my D1 Pro 10w not framing. Contacted support and Gabby had me do some test that confirmed the laser module had shorted. She asked me to return defective module and within 2 weeks i had received replacement unit. Unfortunately i had returned my old module with the air assist adapter on it. I contacted Gabby again and within a week i received a new air assit adapter. Very impressed and satisfied with Gabby’s customer service. She was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Greatly satisfied with Xtool support.

This did a nice job and helped me identify a tramming issue. I was surfacing BE maple and had done three sides (on two pieces) with the feed rate at half the recommended HW speed. On the fourth side the bit snapped clean off at the collet.
